Starting at $90/month for clients who only want payroll and do not have a bookkeeping package with Mai Solutions.

Preparation and payment of required reports to Tax Authority
Preparation of Annual Payroll Summaries (for the year ended)
Preparation of payroll audit for Work Comp and State department
$5 each additional employee over 10 employees
W-2's - $75 base fee plus $5 per form
1099's - $100 base fee plus $5
Cancellation and other fees may occur

We highly recommend processing your payroll through Paychex if you:

Have a more complex payroll
Offer employee benefits
Not in the state of Florida
